Impacters Country Campout

THE EVENT

After the success of last year, Impacters Country Campout is running for its third year with Youth Impact.

We will be travelling by charter bus to a NEW LOCATION Camp Eaton in Bunbury. The property is a large campsite with dormitories, camping areas, full dining hall and a large function centre. It has capacity for 268 persons on site, beds are limited so reserve a place fast.

Impacters Country Campout will include everything that we have come to expect from a Youth Impact event: the band, crazy games and entertainment, great food, late nights, fun speakers, and lots of surprises.

THE DETAILS

WHERE:     Camp Eaton, Bunbury (180km south of Perth, 8km from the City of Bunbury)
Bus will depart and return to the Impact Centre, 3 Teakle Rd Osborne Park WA.
WHEN:

Arrive at Impact between 7.45am and 8.15am on Wednesday 14th April (Bus departs 8.30am sharp) If meeting at Camp Eaton, drop off at 11.15am.

Get picked up from Impact approx 9.30pm on Friday 16th April or picked up from Camp Eaton at 3.30pm.

COST:

Early Bird:   $50 if received by 19th February 2010

Normal:       $70
On the Day: $100

Cost includes everything: accommodation (68 beds available, 200 persons in tents), all meals (except Wednesday lunch), activities, and bus transport during the event.

WHO:  Teenagers and young adults of secondary age and above 


BRING

Plenty of clothes for the three days
Personal toiletries
2 towels
ALL BEDDING (Including pillow, sleeping bag and all bed linen)
BYO tent if this option has been selected
BYO packed lunch for Wednesday
Older clothes and closed footwear for outdoor activity
Torch
One packet of biscuits to share
Lollies (if you wish... we won't have access to shops in Bunbury)

- ACCOMMODATION: Delegates are required to bring their own bedding. There is two options for sleeping arrangements. 68 beds available in dorms with males and females in separate areas.  200 persons will fit in BYO tenting area to utilise the adjacent campground. Tent sharing is strictly single gender only.

- NEVER BEEN: Even if you have never been to a Youth Impact event before, come along! You will have a great time!

- MONEY: If money is a real problem for you, contact Adrienne at the Youth Impact office. We have a small number of sponsored places available and don't want anyone to miss out because of money!

- VALUABLES: Please do not bring valuables with you as Youth Impact will not accept responsibility for damage or loss of such items.
