Pricing Policy

Youth Impact school programs are charged on a per head basis (min charge of 50 students) and you will be invoiced after the event.

Pricing is as follows (2011):

                    One Period Presentation:            $6.50 per head
               2-3 Hour Session:                      $9.50 per head
               Full Day Program:                      $12.50 per head
               Two Day Program:                     $20.50 per head
                              If school >50kms from CBD:       $180 surcharge per day

               Commencing 2012 an increase of 50 cents per head will be in place.

 
We never want a school to not be able to use Youth Impact if cost is genuinely an issue. Please feel free to contact us if you would need us to reduce this amount. We do ask you in good faith to understand however that our budgets are minimal and extremely tight. 

CANCELLATIONS:

>6 months prior to the event      10% cancellation fee of the estimated total

2-6 months prior to the event     40% cancellation fee of the estimated total

<2 months prior to the event      80% cancellation fee of the entire amount


Placing of booking is acknowledgement that you accept this policy.
